Simple question that google hasn't helped much with (likely poor search terms) I just installed a Sangoma A200 with overall good results. Initial tests with both incoming and outgoing calls were very positive. Until I made a normal call that lasted more than 30 seconds. I setup the FXO with kewlstart signalling, and the outgoing call is never registered as 'Answered' and the dial timeout kicks in. I'm checking with the carrier to see if I can get answer supervision turned on, but in the mean time can I use loopstart with progress tones? I tried progress tones with kewlstart, but nothing changed, which makes sense. Thanks, Dan

I'd suspect a config issue in your box of some sort. I didn't have to do anything special.

Incoming calls work fine. For now I have the timeout on the Dial command set high so I can use the line, but I know that's a poor work-around. Here are my configs, just in case it is something stupid on my part. /etc/zaptel.conf fxsls=1-2 fxoks=3-4 loadzone = us defaultzone=us /etc/asterisk/zapata.conf signalling = fxs_ls context=home answeronpolarityswitch=yes callprogress=yes progzone=us callwaiting=yes callwaitingcallerid=yes channel => 1-2 signalling = fxo_ks context=home channel => 3-4 _______________________________________________ --Bandwidth and Colocation provided by Easynews.com -- Asterisk-Users mailing list To UNSUBSCRIBE or update options visit: http://lists.digium.com/mailman/listinfo/asterisk-users
