[1.3.11]-"GTA:San Andreas"-Graphic Problems???

Hi,

GTA: San Andreas has bad graphic problems.
Its not a problem with heat, my temps are low.
(graphics display is corrupted and game is unplayable)

My computer:
- Intel Core2Quad Extreme 3.0GHz 4 Core
- 8GB DDR2 RAM
- nVidia GeForce GTS 450 1GB DDR5
- Creative Sound Blaster Audigy

Tried to change the graphic settings
but that had no effect.
