Hello everyone, I'm totally new to wine - I installed it in the hope that I could run LG PC Suite iii on it. All looked well throughout the installation process but now that it is installed - whenever I doubleclick the item all that happens is that a bouncy LG PC suite symbol appears next to my mouse arrow and disappears again after about 15sec.. And the program does not open. Is there something I could try doing to get it to work after all? Or is there opensuse software that allows me sending and receiving texts via my computer? Any help would sooo be appreciated!!! Thanks
We managed to fix a missing DLL problem (MSVCP60.dll) and now the program runs. However we can not get the Phone recognized. Is there any tricks to getting wine to acces the USB or bluetooth devices so that the phone suite can uses it drivers? Thanks

Second: Without the USB device patch, the only part of your phone that Wine will see is the mass storage device (usually used for photos, if your phone has this capability) and maybe the phone listings. Third: If the phone needs 'special' drivers, they will not, for the most part, work with Wine. James McKenzie
