Queues Service Level
There seems to be something about SL for queues since when the show queues CLI command is used, it give something like "SL:0.0% within 0s": pbx*CLI> show queues 1 has 3 calls (max unlimited) in 'rrmemory' strategy (243s holdtime), C:174, A:9, SL:0.0% within 0s Members: SIP/1242 (dynamic) has taken no calls yet SIP/1251 (dynamic) has taken 4 calls

adding agent with 2 phones to a queue
Hi! We have alot of users who are having 2 phones, 1 fixed and 1 DECT. I am looking for a way to log them into a queue and let both phone rings. Let me try to explain: 0317998975 is a fixed phone, 0317998985 is a DECT. 0317998989 is a queue. queue add member SIP/0317998975 to 0317998989 works ofc. sip*CLI> queue show 0317998989 0317998989 has 0 calls (max unlimited) in

Queue Messages now playing when caller is inside queue
Hi, I am running a 5 seater inbound call center on 1.0.9-BRIstuffed-0.2.0-RC8h and it's running well. I am now trying to upgrade it to 1.2.4. So I installed 1.2.4 from source and copied all config files from original to the new server. But when a caller lands inside the queue no queue message is getting played. The gsm files are present in proper locations, whcih I am able to play using

Question about queues and the definition of agents
Hi, I have a question about the definition of agents. The agents.conf file looks like this: [general] persistentagents=yes [agents] maxlogintries=5 ackcall=no wrapuptime=500 musiconhold => default group = 1 agent => 1311,1311,Tom agent => 1531,1531,Tim and here is the queues.conf: [general] persistentmembers = yes [queue1] musiconhold = default strategy = rrmemory servicelevel = 60

how does "wrapuptime" work in queue.conf
Hi list, I'd like to have the callers to listen to the advertisement (music on hold) before the agents answer them. So, I have wrapuptime=10 in queue.conf, but the call still goes straight to the agents without delay. Here's my queue.conf: [general] persistentmembers = yes [738] musiconhold = empty ;musiconhold = default ;announce = q-738 ;strategy = ringall strategy = rrmemory

Strange queue behaviour
Hello, I have just installed Asterisk 1.4 and I am playing with it. I've created some sip accounts and some queues. When I start asterisk I see many queues like this: all-phones-r has 0 calls (max unlimited) in 'rrmemory' strategy (0s holdtime), W:0, C:0, A:0, SL:0.0% within 0s Members: SIP/03 (Invalid) has taken no calls yet SIP/02 (Invalid) has taken no calls yet

Queue announcing hold sequence instead of hold time
Hi, We recently updated from an early Asterisk 1.2 SVN to 1.2.15 (on Debian Sarge) and the behaviour of our Call Centre queues has changed slightly. Before the upgrade, when a caller was waiting in the queue, the estimated hold time was announced as expected ("estimated hold time is less than 2 minutes ..."). Now the caller gets an announcement of their sequence in the queue

queue stats
Hello all, I need to write a queue_log parser that is going to implement more or less the functionalities described here http://lists.digium.com/pipermail/asterisk-users/2003-July/014965.html of course not everything from scratch, but this is where I'd like it to go. I am looking for - previous work (maybe it's ready somewhere and I've never heard of it) - suggestions -

createlink with out agents in 1.4
Hi, I am moving my call center to 1.4. Previously I was recording calls in agents.conf with the following config recordagentcalls=yes recordformat=wav createlink=yes So I had the filename in all calls which was *connected to agents*. I am looking for a similar functionality for 1.4. I am now recording calls using the following configuration. [general] persistentmembers = no eventwhencalled =

Maximum Queue Name Length
Do queue names have a max length? I have a queue named 'oneeighty_techsupp' in queues.conf, and a 'show queues' returns a truncated queue name. Is that just a display bug, or do queues names have a max length of 12? demeter*CLI> show queues oneeighty_te has 0 calls (max unlimited) in 'rrmemory' strategy (0s holdtime), W:0, C:0, A:0, SL:0.0% within 0s Members:

playing hold time announcement without queue position announcement
Greetings fellow list members, I have what I think is a relatively simple question, but it did not appear to be addressed on the wiki. I am trying to setup a queue so that it plays an estimated holdtime announcement, but not a queue position announcement. Currently my dialplan does both, and while I know how to take out the estimated holdtime without affecting the queue position

wrapuptime?
Hi! Trying to understand how wrapuptime is working... I have written a small php script that let agents log in/out off a queue. That part is working as a clock but wrapuptime is not doing what I expect. Input Interi?r - Queue Manager 0317998989 has 0 calls (max unlimited) in 'rrmemory' strategy (5s holdtime, 94s talktime), W:0, C:8, A:1, SL:0.0% within 0s Members: SIP/0317998971

roundrobin strategy in queues not working as described?
I have set up an operator queue for our receptionist. That way, if she takes a break or is out, by logging out of the queue, calls to the "Operator" can be handled by other agents. I have set strategy = roundrobin in queues.conf. According to "the book" ATFoT, roundrobin always starts with the first agent in the queue. This is the desired result. I want all calls to start

MEMBERINTERFACE and MEMBERNAME questions
Hi! Did play around with queues and need some help. I thought that MEMBERINTERFACE and MEMBERNAME should be set to the ?device? the call was queued to not the device that called the queue, or do i miss something? Running: Asterisk 1.8.2.3 built by root @ sip on a i686 running Linux on 2011-01-31 13:38:23 UTC 0317998985 calls Kinna (0320209030) Tomas Ekman (SIP/0317998972) receives the call but

Call "stuck" in queue
Asterisk 11.1.0 One queue with strategy=leastrecent. (Full queues.conf below.) Occasionally (several times today), a caller will get "stuck" in the queue - there are operators available to take the call, but the caller stays in the queue for a long time. Any idea what might cause this, or where I can start looking to debug it? I'm going to start digging through the queue log
