[asterisk-users] Agent (Invalid) has taken no calls yet

If you go for 1.8,Don't read from http://www.asteriskguru.com/tutorials/queues.html. It is bit backdated information. Rather I would suggest you to check http://ofps.oreilly.com/titles/9780596517342/asterisk-ACD.html. Queue members are considered INVALID, if their device status is Invalid. This is somewhat an error condition.SIP channels are the only type that provide true device state information. I also suggest you to read 'The agents.conf File' section from given link for more information. Is the agent defined in agents.conf? When the agent logs in is he/she passing the correct extension to agentlogin? Maybe it is time to consider dynamic agents for your queues?
