Andre,
Inside [your-queue] on queues.conf:
servicelevel = 30 ; seconds
With this, SL will show how many calls were answered whitin 30 seconds
Take a good look at the sample queues.log :)

Subject:[asterisk-users] Queues Service Level
There seems to be something about SL for queues since when the show
queues CLI command is used, it give something like "SL:0.0% within
0s":
pbx*CLI> show queues
1 has 3 calls (max unlimited) in 'rrmemory' strategy (243s
holdtime), C:174, A:9, SL:0.0% within 0s
Members:
SIP/1242 (dynamic) has taken no calls yet
SIP/1251 (dynamic) has taken 4 calls (last was 15 secs ago)
SIP/1250 (dynamic) has taken 2 calls (last was 176 secs ago)
SIP/1253 (dynamic) has taken 10 calls (last was 733 secs ago)
Callers:
1. Zap/44-1 (wait: 5:38, prio: 0)
2. Zap/39-1 (wait: 2:35, prio: 0)
3. Zap/38-1 (wait: 2:13, prio: 0)
Now, where one would set the SL ratio so that some data could be calculated?
Andre
