Rails spinoffs - Feb 2006 - Where do you want patches sending?

I''ve sent two patches to this mailing list now with not so much as a 
word from the devs. Is this the right place to send them, and if not, 
why wasn''t it easy for me to find the place on that "bug
tracker" ?

And, I feel your pain.  I''ve submitted patches for 5 bugs and
commented on nearly every ticket concerning Prototype in the tracker,
but I''ve not seen hide nor hair from the "devs". 
Disappointing, to
say the least.
