Is there an online archive of r-help that shows recent postings? The one I saw on CRAN posted monthly collections, the last one at the end of May. The reason I ask is that I want to re-read that thread on the arrow keys not working in the latest Windows release. I appear to have been bitten by the same bug, and can't remember if anyone found a solution. What I did in the end (I was the first person who noticed this interesting problem) was deleting the whole R folder then reinstall. Hope these help. Windows histroy recall (was Re: [R] Current archive of r-help?)

By the way, we were thrown by the original reports. The arrow keys do work (so crtl-uparrow scrolls the console and uparrow scrolls a pager). What appears to be the problem is that command-line-history recall (Ctrl-P or up-arrow) in Rgui does not work, although exactly what is wrong is unknown. -- Brian D.
