[asterisk-users] Junghanns QuadBri install help
Hi, I have a Junghanns QuadBri installed and seems to be detected and working correctly using the wcb4xxp driver All ports are configured as TE The problem is when I connect an ISDN line - the LED turns green and Dahdi status shows Alarm OK But when I try to make a call I get "All circuits are busy" cause 27 I have searched and web and tried numerous configs but it doesn't want to play. I can accept incoming calls but there is no Audio which would indicate an issue with the driver wcb4xxp? See config files below and dahdi commands - please ignore that RED alarms there was no ISDN lines plugged in. Thanks, Joe Here is CLI from a call [2012-02-03 08:54:25] VERBOSE[13586] app_dial.c: -- Called DAHDI/g0/1901 [2012-02-03 08:54:25] VERBOSE[13586] app_dial.c: -- DAHDI/3-1 is proceeding passing it to SIP/221-00001c80 [2012-02-03 08:54:27] VERBOSE[24518] chan_dahdi.c: -- Channel 0/3, span 1 got hangup request, cause 27 [2012-02-03 08:54:27] VERBOSE[13586] app_dial.c: -- DAHDI/3-1 is circuit-busy [2012-02-03 08:54:27] VERBOSE[13586] chan_dahdi.c: -- Hungup 'DAHDI/3-1' [2012-02-03 08:54:27] VERBOSE[13586] app_dial.c: == Everyone is busy/congested at this time (1:0/1/0) --------------------------------------- Currently Running Running Asterisk Version = 1.8.8.0 Dahdi Source Version = 2.6.0+2.6.0 Libpri Source Version = 1.4.12 Operating System = CentOS release 6.2 (Final) Kernel Version = 2.6.32-220.2.1.el6.i686 - 32 Bit ---------------------------------------- pbx*CLI> dahdi show status Description Alarms IRQ bpviol CRC Fra Codi Options LBO B4XXP (PCI) Card 0 Span 1 RED 0 0 0 CCS AMI 399-533 feet (DSX-1) B4XXP (PCI) Card 0 Span 2 RED 0 0 0 CCS AMI 399-533 feet (DSX-1) B4XXP (PCI) Card 0 Span 3 RED 0 0 0 CCS AMI 399-533 feet (DSX-1) B4XXP (PCI) Card 0 Span 4 RED 0 0 0 CCS AMI 399-533 feet (DSX-1) ---------------------------------------- pbx*CLI> dahdi show channels Chan Extension Context Language MOH Interpret Blocked State pseudo default default In Service 1 from-pstn default In Service 2 from-pstn default In Service 4 from-pstn default In Service 5 from-pstn default In Service 7 from-pstn default In Service 8 from-pstn default In Service 10 from-pstn default In Service 11 from-pstn default In Service ----------------------------------------- root at pbx:~ $ dahdi_hardware pci:0000:06:02.0 wcb4xxp+ 1397:08b4 Junghanns QuadBRI ISDN card ------------------------------------------ root at pbx:~ $ dahdi_scan [1] active=yes alarms=RED description=B4XXP (PCI) Card 0 Span 1 name=B4/0/1 manufacturer=Digium devicetype=HFC-4S Junghanns.NET quadBRI PCI location=PCI Bus 06 Slot 03 basechan=1 totchans=3 irq=78 type=digital-TE syncsrc=0 lbo=399-533 feet (DSX-1) coding_opts=B8ZS,AMI,HDB3 framing_opts=ESF,D4,CCS,CRC4 coding=AMI framing=CCS [2] active=yes alarms=RED description=B4XXP (PCI) Card 0 Span 2 name=B4/0/2 manufacturer=Digium devicetype=HFC-4S Junghanns.NET quadBRI PCI location=PCI Bus 06 Slot 03 basechan=4 totchans=3 irq=78 type=digital-TE syncsrc=0 lbo=399-533 feet (DSX-1) coding_opts=B8ZS,AMI,HDB3 framing_opts=ESF,D4,CCS,CRC4 coding=AMI framing=CCS [3] active=yes alarms=RED description=B4XXP (PCI) Card 0 Span 3 name=B4/0/3 manufacturer=Digium devicetype=HFC-4S Junghanns.NET quadBRI PCI location=PCI Bus 06 Slot 03 basechan=7 totchans=3 irq=78 type=digital-TE syncsrc=0 lbo=399-533 feet (DSX-1) coding_opts=B8ZS,AMI,HDB3 framing_opts=ESF,D4,CCS,CRC4 coding=AMI framing=CCS [4] active=yes alarms=RED description=B4XXP (PCI) Card 0 Span 4 name=B4/0/4 manufacturer=Digium devicetype=HFC-4S Junghanns.NET quadBRI PCI location=PCI Bus 06 Slot 03 basechan=10 totchans=3 irq=78 type=digital-TE syncsrc=0 lbo=399-533 feet (DSX-1) coding_opts=B8ZS,AMI,HDB3 framing_opts=ESF,D4,CCS,CRC4 coding=AMI framing=CCS ------------------------------------------------------------- /etc/dahdi/system.conf loadzone=uk defaultzone=uk span=1,1,3,ccs,ami span=2,2,3,ccs,ami span=3,3,3,ccs,ami span=4,4,3,ccs,ami bchan=1,2 hardhdlc=3 bchan=4,5 hardhdlc=6 bchan=7,8 hardhdlc=9 bchan=10,11 hardhdlc=12 echocanceller=oslec,1,2,4,5,7,8,10,11 ---------------------------------------------------------------- /etc/asterisk/dahdi-channels.conf ; Span 1: B4/0/1 "B4XXP (PCI) Card 0 Span 1" (MASTER) AMI/CCS RED group=0,11 context=from-pstn switchtype = euroisdn signalling = bri_cpe_ptmp channel => 1-2 context = default group = 63 ; Span 2: B4/0/2 "B4XXP (PCI) Card 0 Span 2" AMI/CCS RED group=0,12 context=from-pstn switchtype = euroisdn signalling = bri_cpe_ptmp channel => 4-5 context = default group = 63 ; Span 3: B4/0/3 "B4XXP (PCI) Card 0 Span 3" AMI/CCS RED group=0,13 context=from-pstn switchtype = euroisdn signalling = bri_cpe_ptmp channel => 7-8 context = default group = 63 ; Span 4: B4/0/4 "B4XXP (PCI) Card 0 Span 4" AMI/CCS RED group=0,14 context=from-pstn switchtype = euroisdn signalling = bri_cpe_ptmp channel => 10-11 context = default group = 63 --------------------------------------- /etc/asterisk/chan_dahdi.conf [general] #include chan_dahdi_general.conf [channels] ; include dahdi groups defined by DAHDI module of FreePBX #include chan_dahdi_groups.conf #include dahdi-channels.conf ; include dahdi extensions defined in FreePBX #include chan_dahdi_additional.conf -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... [asterisk-users] Junghanns QuadBri install help
Thanks for that - so its the Telco or ISDN equipment causing the issue? Here is a pic of the box the ISDN terminates: http://bit.ly/Af6jp6 (There are 3 of these units) The boxes seem to draw some power from the connection but also accept a power via a plug. Maybe I should just plug them into the main power - What do you think? The ISDN's are in use in an old Toshiba PBX so are 100% functional. I can call the Telco but not sure what I can ask them to do. -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
