I've run into a problem building a package with R-2.10.0 that I haven't
encountered with prior versions. Build and check work fine. However, I encounter
an error at the install phase indicating it cannot open a perl script, which is
below. For completeness, I've copied my path as well showing that I do have
the correct R tools needed, which includes perl.
