In both 2000 and XP when someone makes a change to thier desktop, folders located on thier desktop, etc, then logs out those changes are not reflected on the server. Thus when that person logs back in all files, icons, etc are restored even though they were deleted. Logouts occur very rapidly but logins occur very slowly and it is only certain users that have this issue. What must I do to fix this? Has anyone seen this before? Thanks
