wine users - Jan 2011 - Inexperienced Wine user. Copy and Paste problems

Hi, 

I'm not sure if this is the right place to be posting this, if it's not,
please direct me to a suitable forum.

I'm using WineBottler to create wine .app s under mac OS 10.6.6 for a number
of applications, sometimes with success, sometimes not.

I had relative success running Power tab 1.7 (http://www.power-tab.net/) using
wine bottler to run the install file to create a .app

There were a few bugs, including that copy and paste didnt work within the
program. I was frustrated, but it was still quicker than rebooting into windows
so I kept using.

Then last week copy and pasting suddenly started working in the program, worked
for about a day and then stopped next time I tried using the app.

Any ideas how I can get copy and paste to work all the time?

Any help appreciated greatly.

Winebottler issues have to be reported to Mike Kronenberg directly.  We do not
support third party applications of any kind.

Can you try installing Wine from either Fink or MacPorts and then use the Power
Tap's installer and verify if this is a Wine bug?  If not, can you provide a
link where the program or a demo/trial can be obtained?  (I have the same setup
on and have the latest version of Wine built on it.)

Are you using XQuartz for the X11 server?  Apple's X11 is buggy and this
might be caused by it.

Ok, so the issue is with the bottler then, I assumed as the bottler just creates
prefixes it would be something I would need to do within wine...
