wine users - Jan 2010 - C++ Runtime error

I know this has come up quite a few times. Its that same r6034 error except I
have vcrun2005 and when I try to install vcrun2008 with winetricks I get....The
same error! So I can't upgrade because of the error and a loooot of my
programs wont work because of it now.  Is there a previous version I need first
and have to install them in order?

Doesn't seem to really be much in the terminal as to why its failing.

This means that a vc2005 runtime is needed. I will leave that up to
others because I have had issues with installing this.

Well I'm supposed to have that installed  because I have installed it
(countless times to the same wine prefix) yet I still get wierd runtime errors 
though it seems to install properly
