wine users - Oct 2008 - Problem when Trusting the WineHQ APT Repository

Hi , 
i want to install wine 1.1.7 so I follow the instruction at
http://www.winehq.org/site/download-deb..i add the repository but i can't
download the key ...i don't know what to do...i see the link and there is a
space between Scott and Ritchie..so i try also to copy link without that space
but doesn't work.
Am I the only one with this problem? I check on internet but nothing seem to
work

wine.budgetdedicated.com seems to have been unreachable for the last day or so. 
Looks like they're having server issues or something.
