Anyone know how to obtain firmware and starter .cfg files for Polycom phones? Despite registering at the Polycom web site, I can't locate this stuff.

I have a whack of Snom 360's. Occasionally, *some* of them, prompt the user, on the screen, for the registration password. You enter it, everything's OK. Next day, same thing. This is like on 5 or 6 phones out of a lot of 120. It's *always* the same phones. I tried calling their toll free number and toll number last week in the morning and afternoon and was handed a recording saying this number is no longer in service. The web site was up but there was no message on the site as to why the phone numbers were not working. I just called the number now and it is working.
