RRMEMORY / Queues Not Working Right

Queue help: Extending RRMEMORY strategy to use penalty
Hi, all. I'm checking in about an issue that has been mentioned here a few times, but to which I can't seem to find a solution for a very present need. The summary is that we'd like to have a queue that rings logged-in agents in the same order every time, based on penalty, in a way that continuously escalates the attempts to the next penalty level until all agents have been tried.

adding agent with 2 phones to a queue

7960 Queue Issue
Morning All, Quick question that has me stumped. Have a queue with several members (Statically defined in queues.conf at this stage for testing) who use Cisco 7960's. The queue is configured to use rrmemory and generally this works correctly. However if a member is already on a call their phone will still ring (The 7960 can show multiple incoming calls for one line). I really don't want members who are on calls to get more calls. Especially when we start logging out members who don't answer....

ACD calls to busy agents
One of my friends is facing this problems and I could not find any solution to that. Hence this post. In her Asterisk PBX, she has programmed about 10 agents, and strategy is rrmemory. Everything works fine. When an agent has received an ACD call, another call is not presented to him as long as he is on the ACD call. Queue Penalties not working properly
Hi, I am using Asterisk 1.4.18. I am implementing Penalties for my agents. What is happening: two agents configuired one agent with penalty 1 and the other with penalty 2. Queues and timeouts
I've got several agents on a queue. However, they often forget to go "not ready" or log off when they can't answer the phone. I would like a person calling my queue to be on the queue for a max of 2 minutes, and I'm using the rrmemory strategy. I put a timeout of 12 on the call to my agent in the [AgentQ] context (they log on using Agentlogincallback). It all seems to work ok, except that I get a load of "pbx.c: Timeout, but no rule 't' in context 'AgentQ'" in the error log. What would I use in the...
