samba - Mar 2006 - HowTo Manually edit TDB files?

Dear list,
   Does anyone know how to manually edit the UID and GID to SID database
(.TDB files) so that I can specify exactly what user gets what ID?

a tool for trivial database (tdb) files is

tdbtool
