samba - Jul 2005 - sharing local window ntfs partition via samba to other window user

Hi all,

I have been stuck with this problem for ages. I'd like to set up samba 
to share local ntfs partition to other window user.
the window user can see the shared partition alright but not able to 
access the shared folder. I kept getting error message.
