samba - Jul 2002 - SMBmount on more than one IP?

I am trying to get SMBmount to connect to a win2k machine with more than one
IP assigned to the NIC, it works ok for the first assigned IP, but when I 
try the
2nd IP addr, it gives me a 'access denied', can anyone determine what
the
problem would be?

Yes, quite simply Windows only listens for SMB/CIFS connections on its 
primary IP address - it took me quite a lot of head-scratching to 
determine this :)

It's an enormous pain in the bum, but you can thank Mr. Gates for that 
one :/
