Hello All, I''m giving a couple presentations/demos on an introduction to the RoR framework. As I have been working on my presentation I thought it would be nice to either have a VM that people could follow along with me, or download and play around with on their own with out risk. I had heard sometime back about the possibility of someone building a Live Linux distro that would have everything set up for developing a RoR site. But have not been able to find any information since the rumor. My questions to the group are these: If there is a live or VM project out there, where can I find any information on this? What features/packages/gems would you like to see installed for a beginner? I wish I could afford to just give each of them a copy of the Agile book. But I''m just a college student. (LOL) So any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, -Chris <plug> If your in the Minneapolis / St. Paul, MN area on April 5th. Check out the 2008 Spring Code Camp.
