For us "Railers" on Mac systems we all probably watched Steve Job''s keynote at the WWDC yesterday. Was it just me, or did Steve look "sick"? I mean he has lost a lot of weight and his skin was very drawn. -- Posted via http://www.ruby-forum.com/.

I mean he has lost a lot of weight and his skin was very drawn. He was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in 2004 and underwent surgery then. I haven''t heard if that has had any permanent effect on his health, but my friends who work at Apple haven''t said anything about him deteriorating. http://www.thinksecret.com/news/jobsmemo.html -- Posted via http://www.ruby-forum.com/.
Jobs didn''t look any different than he has in the recent past... Joe -- Posted via http://www.ruby-forum.com/.

Not sick really, just the look of someone who''s feeling ready for retirement. He seemed to have a bit of trouble reading stuff during presentations, etc... On the plus side, I thought Scott Forstall did a great job. I thought his presentation was very steve-like, even if a bit rough around the edges. -Mat
