R help - Apr 2013 - Manhattan Plot

Hi, Tenfei,  I have two group of data composed of gene mutation and deletion on
specific sites. Will it be possible for me to use the Manhattan Plot for

Just because it is possible to make a plot, doesn't mean it's a good
idea.
It would depend on what you're trying to show. -- H
