Those cannot be right: you don't want <> and -I/usr/bin is not a
plausible
include path. RPM-based systems normally need
export PKG_CPPFLAGS=-I/usr/include/mysql
export PKG_LIBS=-I/usr/lib/mysql
and if you have /usr/lib/mysql, try
/usr/lib/mysql/mysql_config -cflags
to be sure about the first.
