R help - Sep 2005 - ast package?

According to the extremely helpful reference card for time series analysis
provided at: http://cran.r-project.org/doc/contrib/Ricci-refcard-ts.pdf, the ast
package is necessary to perform some of the functions.
Where can this package be installed from, as I cannot find it from my pulldown
list, nor can I find it on the web?

It's not *that* hard to find, although it helps if you know a few
words of Italian...
