I haven't been following this thread at all, so forgive me if I'm
suggesting stuff that you've already been told a billion times, but
isn't the qozap driver only for the quad/octo cards?

Also, have you tried the vISDN driver? That worked for me on a HFC-4S
card I had a lend of.
