Does anyone test Asterisk 1.2.X + bristuff-0.3.X and TDM card? We can't get it to work. -David -----Original Message----- From: asterisk-users-bounces@lists.digium.com [mailto:asterisk-users-bounces@lists.digium.com] On Behalf Of Julian J. M. bristuff-0.2.0-RC8h does not compile
Hi, it helps to have configured and working kernel sources installed. Configure your kernel sources for the running kernel and then run "make" in the kernel source dir to build the necessary scripts. You dont have to wait until the kernel is compiled. best regards Klaus -- Klaus-Peter Junghanns Am Samstag, den 25.06.2005, 02:45 +0200 schrieb Stefan Gofferje: > Hi folks, > >

Re: BRI cards, HFC, and bristuff - a generalquestionto clear up my understanding.
Thanks. I think our problem ca be similar. Have you tried to call from analog phone #1 to another analog phone #2? It works. But when you try to call vice versa from #2 to #1 it does not work. When you restart asterisk it works again - but only one direction. -David ________________________________ From: asterisk-users-bounces@lists.digium.com

Multiple ISDN BRI Units with Asterisk using Bristuff zaphfc in NT mode?
Maybe this is rather a hardware question, but I am posting it on this list because the probability of someone else of you having tried this is greater here than other places I can think of. I have an ISDN card that is setup in NT mode using the zaphfc driver in bristuff, and I got it working perfectly with one ISDN phone using a crossover cable and 100 ohm termination at the end of the cable.

Bristuff-0.3.0-PRE-1q and & florz patch compile trouble
Again trouble compiling bristuff-0.3.0-PRE-1q with the florz patch on a x86_64 box (I guess nobody is using x86_64 platform or is able to fix this themselves?) First of all when bristuff is downloaded and compile is started it appears that the bristuff Makefiles are badly broken. The asterisk Makefiles all do see to find the kernel sources on a RHEL4 box in the proper directory, the pure

HFC ISDN card with bristuff from jung hanns.n et?
Hi Alessio Yes, the problems you report do seem similar to the issues I had. I found on the Dells that the audio prompts were very choppy and played slower than normal. Occasionally there would be 'bursts' oav a second or so of 'good' audio. I also suspected IRQ issues but the Dell Mobos had no way of adjusting them. Best thing is to try and get the card on its own unshared

HFC-S ISDN cards in Xen3.0.3 DomU''s
Hi! I just wanted to ask if anyone managed to get "ordinary" HFC-S ISDN cards with the zaphfc driver running in a Xen3 DomU. I am referring to this post ( http://lists.xensource.com/archives/html/xen-users/2007-04/msg00202.html ), which perfectly describes my problem and I am therefore going to simply copy-and-paste it here: ----------- snip ------------> Hi, I''m

cheap HFC card on Bristuff vs cheap HFC card oni4l vs Fritz ISDN BRI card on CAPI
Hi, Bristuff works great with HFC card... your compilation problem may come from your kernel configuration... You should check this doc, at least, for the redhat config : http://www.automated.it/guidetoasterisk.htm Then, installation of Bristuff works like as charm ! cheap HFC card on Bristuff vs cheap HFC card on i4l vs Fritz ISDN BRI card on CAPI
Hello I have asterisk running in Red Hat 9 with a cheap HFC card on i4l. I have choppy sound problems sometimes, and echo problems often. I am using a 2 port Grandstream ATA, Grandstream BT and a Grandstream GPX-2000 I read that changing to BriStuff will fix the echo problems, but have also read other users say that the only way they solved the echo/choppy sound problems was using a Fritz ISDN

Hi ""noobs"" and others(like me). I've been struggling for hours,days,days,days.... to get my Asterisk work with 2x HFC-S BRI cards. One card for use in NT-mode for connecting my ISDN DECT phone, and one card as gateway to PSTN. Now it'works, and I just want to share some of the experience with others. I'd guess there must be 'Somebody Out There' having

Beronet BN4S0 (quad BRI) card, echo cancel, zaptel timing, bristuff ...
Hi, I guess I'd need to run Beronet quad and octo bri cards under bristuff to get zaptel features (echo canceling, timing source).... Am I right or could I achieve this also with chan_misdn - their native driver ? Running bristuff on Beronet cards is unsupported. Has anyone succesfully run Beronet quad BRI cards under bristuff recently ? Do they work ? Regards, Rob.
