asterisk users - Feb 2006 - TE411P problem-- probably stupid.

Hi, 
Probably a stupid syntax problem.. but can't seem to make
these files work for more than the first T1 (ok, if I comment out
the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th span).
Can someone proofread this for me?
