Anyone successfully implemented a solution for allowing ZapBarge call monitoring only for a specific group of agents calls? The issue I see is that the feature only works on zap channels, and all of the agents (in many cases) are IP phones. Allowing ZapBarge and ZapScan on the TDM PSTN (t100p) interface has privacy issues for senior managers, but would allow all outbound zap calls to be monitored. We really do not want the call center supervisor to be able to hear the CEOs calls now do we? Any solutions?

Correct me if I did not understand it right, that would allow restriction of who could monitor zap channels, but not which ones they could monitor? I need to be able to monitor only zap channels that are being used by agents that belong to a specific group or queue, are you thinking this can be done? Please let me know if I missed something. The agents are on sip phones, so to monitor the calls it would have to be done by scanning the outbound PRI trunks for the correct call.
