R help - Sep 2008 - Tinn-R Install

I just upgraded to the new version of Tinn-R and when submitting scripts I get
the following error.
> source(.trPaths[4], echo=T)
Error in source(.trPaths[4], echo = T) : object ".trPaths" not found

I'm running R 2.7.2. Win XP Pro x64 3 GB RAM.  Any suggestions?
