Hi Richard,
Have you configured Tinn-R to work with R?
Check your Rprofile.site
#quick configuration check in R
grep(".trPaths",readLines(file.path(R.home(component="etc"),"Rprofile.site")))>0
If that fails, Tinn-R helps you to do all the necessary config steps,
just use the menu
R -> Configure -> Permanent

which is the obvious place to look at, since it is a problem with your
editor and not so much related to R itself.
