Please provide a minimal sufficient coding example and try to formulate your
question a bit more specific. With the dataset you gave, the answer is

If you want to do cluster analysis, check the functions in the package
cluster. for finding the optimal number of clusters in a dataset, all tools
are available there. Also take a look at the functions hclust and kmeans and
the related plots.
