I have uploaded xend.log

and daemon.log

I was creating a DomU which had failed to boot via pygrub.
It seems problem lies in Debian itself
/var/run/xend/boot/ does not exist on the target system.
Here is a snapshot

Following was the error
Traceback (most recent call last):>> >> >> File "./pygrub", line 657, in

>> >> >> File "/usr/lib/python2.5/tempfile.py",

>> >> >> return _mkstemp_inner(dir, prefix, suffix, flags)
>> >> >> File "/usr/lib/python2.5/tempfile.py",
line 236, in _mkstemp_inner
>> >> >> fd = _os.open(file, flags, 0600)
>> >> >> OSError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory:

Googling
http://www.google.co.in/search?sourceid=chrome&client=ubuntu&channel=cs&ie=UTF-8&q=OSError:+[Errno+2]+No+such+file+or+directory:+''/var/run/xend/boot/boot_kernel.je5fbt
did not gave any thing fruitful.
