[Wine] How do I "reboot" Wine?

I have installed a software that wants to restart Windows.
How do I restart Windows without restarting Linux?

In general, it would be nice to have some restart.exe and have it in the
Applications-Wine menu.

I'm using Ubuntu Hardy, amd64.

create a launcher to do this. The setup should be similar to windows.
