wine users - Jan 2011 - Ragnarok Online Private Server -- Still don't connect

I followed the FAQs about connecting using Wine, specifically the one for
private servers. I tried doing to iptraf's terminals but still can't
connect. One client i used to connect freezes will connecting, then displays
Failed To Connect Server. Help? Thankyou!

we need far more information than you provided:
what wine version are you running?
what distribution are you using?
what FAQs? can you provide a link?

you want to connect to a private server of an online-game, right? did you change
the "hosts"-file (or whatever you have to do to redirect the game to
the private server) correctly? check the ip for typing-mistakes.
