wine users - Oct 2010 - Installing LOTRO

I fresh installed Wine, created LOTRO own prefix wine-lotro, followed the
directions here :

And I can't figure out what this means. Any ideas what i need to do?

A friendly bump to get this issue resolved. I'd rather not have to boot into
windows just for this game...
