I'm trying to install tomtom by wine and it seems to work but then after few minutes of installation process I've got window information <no internet connection detected>- in title and with text inside <softonic downloader need internet to function. Please connect and try again.> then I'm clicking <ok> on this window then it's end. I made instalation file/datas executable, then in terminal< winecfg> then in terminal<wine SoftonicDownloader_for_tomtom-home.exe> and as i said it's running few minutes then window appearing, I'm clicking ok and nothing happening. Did I miss something? Did I do something wrong? I can not find anything about such a problem. help

[Wine] Re: Installing tom tom home software in ubuntu 10 4 1
After a bit of trial and error, I got TomTom Home to run on a Windoze XP guest using VirtualBox on my Gutsy machine. VirtualBox runs fine, Windoze starts up fine, USB is working fine, and TomTom Home loads up just fine. TomTom Home recognizes my Go 720 and I can download and install updates, but when I try to use the "manage my device" option I get an error message that says "navigator failed to initialize". I have searched here, the TomTom knowledgebase, and Googled but couldn't find a solution. Has anyone managed to get that feature to work? ____________________________________________ Want to get-on Google's first page and loads of traffic to your website?
