[Wine] GIT and debug symbols..

I use GitWine to make my tests and report bugs. However, one particular user on
Bugzilla constantly tells me that wine debug symbols do not appear in my bug
reports.

Can someone confirm me that compiling WINE from source includes the debug
symbols? If not, what must I do to include them?
