wine users - May 2010 - Cant install flash through wine (ubuntu 10.04)

i downloaded the windows exe of flash from adobe and when i try to run it via
wine ubuntu gives me an error saying it is not marked as an executable and it
will not allow it to run or something...

any ideas?

Right click the exe, properties, permissions, check at the bottom
allow run as executable, click okay.

Right click the exe and at the top select open with wine.

Make sure wine is installed.
