tinc - May 2017 - If two identical host get up, what will happen?

I mean exactly the same configuration, including the pub-pri key.

You should only have one of them running at the same time. If you have
both running, then the two identical nodes will start to fight with each
other. There is some code in tinc to detect this situation, and one of
those two nodes will shutdown at some point.

Will the later one can't get onto the tinc domain, or either one may get
disconnected?
