How well do AMD Radeon cards run on Wine now? From past experience, I wasn't able to get as many games to run with an ATI Radeon compared to Nvidia.

It's better to have an nvidia or an ati graphiccark.

so I just switched my old geforce 8600 in for my HD 4850, and it really is a waste of a good card. Hi, I'm about to buy new video card, and was looking at ATI PCI-E Radeon X550. However, I don't see that particular chipset mentioned anywhere in docs. The X300 is there, as well as X600 and X800. Hi! I installed wine in Kubuntu and afterwords i installed steaminstaller from my CSs CD! I could execute both steam and CSs very fast and without problems. I veryfied that my ATI drivers were properly installed, which they where. So no problems there :) !
