Hi, I am using a number of snom190 phones, and an asterisk "gateway" server, and recently started experimenting with call transfers. The snom phones provide support for attended and un-attended call transfer, so I would rather use that than call-parking. I have found that un-attended transfer works fine, and that attended transfer works fine if the originating phone call is NON-SIP

Hi, my Problem ist he following situation, Caller A calls to my company. HE gets into my call queue and is then answered by caller B. Caller B answers and makes an attended transfer to caller C. Caller B hangs up bevor caller B has anwert the call. Caller A can hear MOH till caller B hangs up and gives the call to caller C. Then Caller A could only hear the free ringing sign.

Hi, We are trying to use attended transfer with Asterisk 1.2.5, but when we do the transfer and dial the new number, it times out after 3 rings and then the callee is put back to the original agent. Where can I adjust the timeout which applies to the number we are transferring to? I have changed the extension for this number to timeout at 60 seconds, but that seems to make no difference. --

It seems that Asterisk does not free up agent after attended transfer. The agent stays in 'busy' state for as long as the conversation between the caller and person, to which call was transfered, is active. OK, last showstopper that I just can't puzzle my way through - parking calls with the snom phones. I get the two phones connected, I hit transfer on one, the other phone goes to MOH and the first phone gives me DT, so I dial 700 and hit the OK button. Call transferred, the SNOM hangs up before I have a chance to hear which extension it parked to. Is there a way to make the SNOM phones
