Multiple announcements in a queue ??
Hi All! I've really been struggling trying to get around this. Instead of the same announcement being played over and over again, I want to be able to play more than 1 announcement in a queue. Agent Logoff inability when calls are being received from queue

Listening to agent's conversation while waiting in the queue
Hello, I would like to configure a queue with only one agent. But while waiting the callers in the queue should listen to the agent's conversation instead of a music on hold. Setting call forward for Agent's in a Queue
Hi!, I'm trying to set up a Queue (which works fine now :-) Sip clients can login in to the Queue with dialing 91 on there phone. And as soon as there are customers the Queue calls the agents back. I would like that the queue calls the agents also if it's phone is call-forwarded. With agents (sip clients) are added with the following extensions: exten => 91,1,AddQueueMember(myqueue)

Queue app following dialplan
I have a problem where if an agent's extension is busy and has voicemail the queue app will follow the dialplan and send the caller to an agents voicemail. This is really bad, because it takes the caller out of the queue when it hits that agent. But we also would like to have voicemail for some extensions like the shift managers etc. Is there s solution/workaround/patch? Thanks, -Ryan

Queue Agent Getting Additional Calls When on the Phone
We have a queue that agents log into through the dial plan. Extension Sip/101 logs in as Agent/101 We have 'ringinuse = no' in the queues.conf file. The issue is that when Ext 101 is on a 'non queue' call (they placed a call, someone called their DID, etc) they still receive queue calls. Is there a way to stop this from happening? -Matt

Queue member (Agent) does not Dial
Hi All, We are using Asterisk 1.2.18 in a CentOS box. Implemented a queue (maqueue) structure for handling customer calls. There are 4 queue members (85744,85766,85511,84888). These 4 members are logged in using AgentCallbackLogin application. But at some point, one of the agent's SIP phone does not ring for an incoming call to this queue. All, I'm trying to configure queue agents w/ a DUNDi setup so that an agent can login to whatever server they please w/o any custom setup. In general this seems to work, agents login w/ AgentCallbackLogin into the incoming context (not a special queue context) and can receive queue calls. Asterisk: Agent logs into queue, and there are calls in the queue, but calls don't go to agent.
When an agent logs into a queue using AgentCallBackLogin, he should be ready to take calls until he logs out right? For some reason the first time a customer calls the queue, it rings the agent just fine but after the agent hangs up the phone and the next caller calls the queue, no more calls will be transferred to the agent. asterisk 1.4.21.2 a caller waited in queue, after connect to agent hears silence
Hi all! My problem is that calls being placed in the queue, and are waiting while the agents are busy, when an agents is then free they gets connected to the agent but there is silence (no voice). Combining ggplot2 objects and/or extracting layers

Queue AgentCallBackLogin
Hi All, I'm having trouble setting up a queue: I'm using AgentCallBackLogin to login in the queue, but: 1 - When an agent answer the call and another call arrive his phone rings again. 2 - When no there are no one answer the queue the system goes to voicemail of agent 1234 I'm using asterisk-1.2.0-beta1. Queue and Agents in CVS
Every time I have upgraded via CVS in last few weeks, the queue and agent program doesn't appear to function together. The calls are not getting passed: Agent 308 is logged in and idle. Callback agents without chan_agent issues (queue recording)
AgentCallBackLogin is going to be deprecated, so I've decided to emulate chan agent using AQM and RQM funcions and Local channel. I use asterisk 1.2.13 and latest 1.2.x. zapata.
