Salicru and usbhid-ups
I have a device that seems almost, but not quite supported, I'd like very much to help get it working, though I am no programmer. Feel free to ask me to test :) This could probably go in https://networkupstools.org/ddl/ : -------file: Salicru__SPS_2000_ADV_T__usbhid-ups__2.8.1-94-gd59c05349__01.dev , or maybe 1__2000__usbhid-ups__2.8.1-94-gd59c05349__01.dev # DEVICE:URL:VENDOR: https://www.salicru.com/sps-2000-adv-t.html # DEVICE:COMMENT: # First report for new salicru HID subdriver from PR referenced # above for Salicru SPS 2000 ADV...

UPS SALICRU SOHO+1600 driver & update web
Hello, I wanted to send an email to the administrator of the web to update an information, I do not know if this mailing list is appropriate. I just wanted to say that I have a UPS SALICRU SOHO + 1600VA and after several days trying to configure it I found out the problem. This UPS has usb 1.0 HID, so it does not work with the driver usb blazer if you have to use the driver usbhid-ups. I think this could help many users who want to configure UPS SALICRU SOHO in a raspberry. Before in...

...a good device/NUT support, mainly usb-hid or blazer-usb drivers. For one side I'm happy with Eaton, however they are quite expensive, and although in the past supported NUT development I'm not sure if this is still the same collaborative support. On the other hand I'm looking to get a Salicru SPS, I've read some good (and also some bad) reviews of the devices but would like to know of any NUT-user experience. So could anyone with experience regarding Salicru/blazer-ups with NUT ? Should I give them a try or better stick with Eaton as well supported and good device? Thanks -------...

...ling on voltages), as well as lists of supported commands (including battery tests), and links to sources for that information. The DDL is also part of the NUT website, but as with the HCL, it is also stored on GitHub. Getting back to Marc's original question, this is all we have collected for Salicru: https://github.com/networkupstools/nut-ddl/tree/master/Salicru That is not to say that other models don't work, but that information was harvested from a post about USB errors, so I wouldn't consider that a ringing endorsement. At the very least, I would not want use that particular hardw...
