samba - Nov 2005 - samba 3.0.20b-2 debian sarge - make_connection: refusing to connect with no session setup

Hi,

After installing service pack 1 on our SBS 2K3 server, mac osx client (10.4.3)
couldn't connect anymore (make_connection: refusing to connect with no
session setup), so I upgraded to 3.0.20b-2 but the problem didn't go away.

smb.conf:
