samba - Mar 2005 - 3.0.13 and excel 2003sp1 problem

Hello!

There is following problem:
if I open excel file from one computer and then try to open it from 
another excel says (translation from russian)-
"editing is prohibited by user X".
Previously (at least with samba 3.0.2a) user X was user which name is in 
about dialog of excel, but now this is author of document.
Looks like this is samba problem, because it works OK (i.e. as before 
with samba) on windows 2003 share...

Set "dos filetimes = yes" on the share. I'm going to make this
the default for 3.0.14 due to this problem with excel.
