[Samba] win2000-terminal-server: access-problem to samba server
we have several samba-servers that work fine. no access-problems, even not from windows NT terminal server. but on our windows2000-terminalserver only ONE user at a time can connect to a linux-samba-server. for the FIRST user connecting to samba, everything is o.k., for the the NEXT user, the samba-server is displayed in the windows-browser-list (or via 'net view'), but as soon as it is clicked, an error message comes up, saying that user or password is wrong. entering 'net view \\fs3' in a dos-box the message is 'system error 5 - access denied' as soon as i kill the existing connection (via SWAT - Active Connections - Kill), the next user can connect! (still, only this one can access samba!) to make things more complicated: there's no problem with older samba-versions (2.0.5, 2.2.0), but with the younger ones (2.2.1, 2.2.3a). i logged the failing connection-attempt between terminalserver-client and samba-server with tcpdump (smb-version). in the reply of the server it says: SMBError = ERROR: Unknown error (109,49152). perhaps someome can halp. attached please find the log.
