samba - Jul 2002 - "admin users" & new file ownership

Hi,
I've searched the man pages and the mailing list archives but couldn't
find
this answered:

When a user is listed in "admin users", any new files that user
creates are
owned by "root". Can this be prevented? (Is there a configuration
directive
I missed?)

I would like the "admin users" to still be all-powerful, but have new
files
created under their own user name -- as on NT -- not root's.

Actually, in NT (at least NT 4), files created by an administrator are
owned by "administrators".

I understand that; I just thought there might be an option somewhere to have
it automatically "chown" newly created files to the logged-in user, to
make
it easier to tell which "admin user" created a particular file.
