I think so. I run it from rails_app/project_name I am using instant rails. I was running ruby v 186, then I downloaded 192 and literally copy and pasted the 192 files into the ruby folder in instantrails, overwriting what existed before hand. Hello, your first problem occurs when your not in your app''s folder, or if your ruby or rails version isn''t well. The second one is different: it''s about sqlite3. Please write in cmd: ''ruby -v'' should be 1.9 ''rails -v'' should be 3.+ ''gem -v'' should be 1.3.7 ''gem list'' - here you should see sqlite3 on the list - if you want to use sqlite3, if not, then change it in the database.yaml file.
