Rails - Dec 2006 - Help::WEBrick failed to start due to Chinese character.

Hi there,

I''m using saltedhashlogin module, which support localization.

Now I add some Chinese char in /lang/en.yaml to taste....then WEBrick
failed to start.
The problem happened during loading en.yaml. but how to fix it?
change web server to Mongrel can help?
