Hi Guy,
normally I dismiss messages like yours (asking developers to donate
time) but there''s a dose of realism in what you''ve said - and
that''s
piqued my interest.
So sure, send me some information about what you''ve got in mind.
I''ll take a serious look at it.
Oh, and as for who *I* am, I''m a full-time RoR coder with 15 years
industry experience under my belt. My RoR is solid, as are my DB
skills.
I haven''t bothered with engines (because they haven''t fit my
needs
yet) but i''ve written plenty of plugins. In fact, I released one of
the first publicly available plugins: http://svn.protocool.com/rails/
plugins/enumerations_mixin/trunk . As such, engines won''t be a
problem.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Regards,
Trevor
